- Your essays – so we can mark them and give you feedback.
That's it! We only ask for what we need to help you and your teacher.

We use your information to:
- Mark your essays and give feedback to help you learn.
- Let your teacher see your work and the feedback you get.
We never sell your information or use it for ads.
Who Can See Your Information?
- You: Only you can see your private portal with your work.
- Your teacher: Your teacher can see your essays and feedback.
- Us: Our team can see your information to make sure the app works properly.
- Our trusted helpers (like our website provider): They help us run the app but can't use your data for anything else.
Where Do We Keep Your Data?
We use safe computers (servers) to store your data. Some of these computers are not in the UK, but we make sure they follow the rules to keep your data safe, no matter where they are.
How Long Do We Keep Your Data?
We keep your information while you're using our app and for a little while after (up to 6 years) to follow the rules. After that, we delete it safely.
What Are Your Rights?
You have rights over your information. You can:
- Ask to see your data.
- Ask us to fix it if it's wrong.
- Ask us to delete it if you don't want us to keep it anymore.

Yes, but they're safe! Cookies help our website work better and let us see what parts of the site you use the most (like which pages you visit). This helps us make the app even better for you.
